The number one form of stress in our society today is a relationship problem as the day goes by you will understand that most of the major problems in our society are all related to the relationship problem. children and parents not getting along with each other, boys and girls not getting along with themselves, husband and wife not getting along together, pastors and politicians confused with members and citizens vice versa, thus everyone has a challenge with human relationships. This is the most important element of every relationship without communication you will find it difficult to cope with your partner many people mistake communication to just talking on the phone when we talk about communication in a relationship it goes beyond just calls true communications includes body language, eye contacts, signs and lots more. When your partner raises up issues always pay total attention to what they have to say most times it may not be making sense to you but for the sake of communication you just have to hear them and also try to make emphasis on the issues, they may be finding it very difficult to express themselves on a particular issue always try to view things from each other points of view and this can only be achieved when a proper communication bond has been established by the partners. Try as much as possible to always be the listener and not the speaker and only speak when they seek your opinion.

Respects they say is reciprocal if you want to be respected by your partner you must first learn to respect them first respect is what we earn by giving it out and not what we demand from our partner. I have seen a lot of couples breaking up as a result of lack of respect in the relationship, respect goes beyond just your partner alone their friends, family members, colleagues, and neighbors are to be respected because whenever you are not with your partner they are with friends, colleagues family members or neighbors and if much respect isn’t giving to these peoples they will definitely speak ill of you and when it becomes a habit for them your partner definitely will start having doubts in you and this can easily ruin your relationship.
Create time for each other.
When you develop the habit of spending quality time with your partner definitely the relationship will flourish attention and affection matters a lot in a relationship and the best avenue for creating it is when you are together. then you can spend enough time discussing your future together with your dreams goals career in life you can also discuss your jobs and challenges faced and seek a solution together. Try as much as possible not to be interrupted during this time because being interrupted most times creates insecurities and everybody always desire the privacy of their own.
Be Realistic and Honest
Debunk every infatuation or fantasy of any Tv series (Zee world or Telemundo) you might have registered in your hearts that relationship is all about, I must tell you every relationship always has its hard time, time for arguments and fights alongside misunderstanding if you must have a successful relationship you must be willing to make sacrifices to always win and lose some of the battles in the relationship. Honesty, as they say, is the bedrock of every relationship you must always be honest with your partner whenever there is dishonesty in any relationship it’s bound to fail because of insecurities nobody wants to keep a cheat as a partner you need to stay faithful and honest to your partner in order to have a healthy and successful relationship.
